Outside Team Basics

Outside Team Basics

Many in the mobile home and RV park industry rely heavily on hiring virtual assistants to help alleviate the workload of finding and researching parks they wish to do business with. While virtual assistants and other part-time help may work for specific people and companies for an extended period, they typically work for multiple employers at a time.

To accommodate this work environment, ParkSitesIO offers its users the ability to create an Outside Team as an alternative to adding virtual assistants and other part-time help as additional users to their Subscription Plan.

InfoInfo - For more information about the differences between creating an Outside Team and adding users to your Subscription Plan, please refer to our article titled Sub-Account Users vs. Outside Team Members.

Account Owners who wish to invite other paid accounts to work within their dashboard can do so by creating an Outside Team. After creating an Outside Team, Account Owners can send an invitation to any email address that is associated with a separate paid account.

Because an Outside Team is comprised of other paid accounts, no additional charges will be added to either of the paid accounts.

Switching Between Workspaces
Once an invitee accepts the Outside Team invitation, a team drop-down option will appear within their profile's Resource Center. When clicked, this drop-down's options will display a list of Outside Teams they are members of.

When the user selects a specific Outside Team's name from the list of options, they will be taken to that team's environment to begin working.

NotesNote - By default, when a member of an Outside Team signs into the ParkSitesIO dashboard, they will be signing into their own dashboard. Users must then select the Outside Team from within their profile's Resource Center to be taken to a specific Outside Team's environment.
NotesNote - Outside Team members will only receive access to a team's Park Sites View and CRM View portions of a team's work environment They WILL NOT receive access to any member's Account Settings
Alert
Alert - By inviting a user to your Outside Team, Account Owners are providing full access to the information stored within their Park Sites View and CRM View.
