Selecting a Subscription Plan

Users who manually sign up to utilize ParkSitesIO, initially receive a free 7-day trial. At the end of the initial 7-day trial, users are required to select a Subscription Plan and enter a payment method to continue utilizing ParkSitesIO.

In this article, we'll cover how to select your Subscription Plan after your free 7-day trial has ended.

Alert - For security purposes, sub-account users within a Subscription Plan will not have permission to access Billing & Plans tab. For more information please refer to our article titled User Account Structure Types.

Users can select their Subscription Plan by first clicking their profile image at the top-right of the dashboard to open their profile's Resource Center.


With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.


While viewing your Account Settings, navigate to Billing & Plans and click the Change Plan button within the Account Owner section.


When prompted, select the Subscription Plan that best fits your needs by clicking its Select button.
 


After selecting your Subscription Plan, complete the information about your payment method and click Next


After verifying your selected Subscription Plan, and payment method, click the Purchase button to complete the transaction. 

Once the transaction has been completed, you can begin adding Add Users, build an Outside Team, or simply begin utilizing everything ParkSitesIO has to offer.
