User Account Structure Types

User Account Structure Types

Because ParkSitesIO provides several options for users to work either as a stand-alone account, as an added user, or even as in invited member of a Outside Team it's important that users understand the account structures built into ParkSitesIO and how each account type may affect you.
  1. Account Owners - Each user that manually signs up for a new account in ParkSitesIO is considered to be an Account Owner and has full control over their account. Account Owners can choose to add additional users when they wish to include their staff in their billing cycle. When a user is added to an Account Owner's account, an invitation is automatically sent out to that user's email address. After they accept the invitation, the new user is considered a Sub-Account User of the Account Owner.
  2. Sub-Account Users - As a sub-account of the Account OwnerSub-Account Users will have limited access to options within their Account Settings. While a Sub-Account User will still be able to update their profile, change their password, and even update their account recovery email address, for security reasons they will not be able to access the Account Owner's Billing & and PlansOutside Teams settings, or Zapier Integration tabs.
  3. Outside Teams - Account Owners that wish to invite other paid accounts to work within their dashboard can do so by create an Outside Team. After creating an Outside TeamAccount Owners can send an invitation to any email address that is associated with a separate paid account. Because an Outside Team is comprised of other paid accounts, no additional charges will be added to either of the paid accounts.
