Subscription Plan User Permissions
When an Account Owner chooses to add additional users from within the Billing & Plans tab, Account Owners are adding users to their subscription as an additional paid seat. This option is designed to accommodate office staff members that all work within one business entity and wish for the billing charges to all be included in to a single paid account.
However, before adding users to their Subscription Plan, Account Owners should understand what access they are providing to their additional users.

When an Account Owner adds a user to their Subscription Plan, the Account Owner is providing full access to all of the records stored within the Park Sites View and CRM View of their dashboard.
This means that the additional users have the user rights and permissions to read, write, and delete any record that the Account Owner would otherwise have the ability to read, write, and delete. However, no user will be provided access to any other user's Account Settings.
Record Activity
With these rights, each time a user interacts with an Account Owner's record, their record activity is recorded by ParkSitesIO. This activity can be viewed by clicking the Info option of a record's actions menu. By clicking the Info option, users can view who created the record and who last made an update to the record.
Personnel Issues
The reason for providing such open access to an Account Owner's records is the fact that more often than not, the number of users being added to a Subscription Plan will be 10 or fewer at any given time.
Because of this fact, ParkSitesIO has chosen to take the development position that user record violations within a Subscription Plan are a personnel issue rather than truly a data security issue. In essence, if an Account Owner can not trust the users within their Subscription Plan to responsibly maintain the Account Owner's records, the additional user should not be added to the Account Owner's Subscription Plan.
Alert - By adding a user to a Subscription Plan, Account Owners are providing full access to the information stored within their Park Sites View and CRM View.
