Canceling Your Subscription Plan

ParkSitesIO understands there are times when users may no longer need the services our app provides and wish to cancel their account. In this article, we'll discuss how users can cancel their accounts from within their Account Settings.

Info - For users who wish to Pause their billing rather than cancel their subscription plan, please see our article titled Pausing Your Subscription.

Users can cancel their Subscription Plan, by opening first clicking on their profile image in the top-right of the dashboard to open their profile's Resource Center.

With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.  

While viewing your Account Settings, click Billing & Plans to access the Change Plan button to open the Manage Your ParkSitesIO Subscription Plan options.  

Within the Manage Your ParkSitesIO Subscription Plan options, click the Cancel Subscription option to start the 3-step wizard. 

When prompted, click the Select button within the Cancel option to proceed with canceling your subscription plan.

Note - When canceling your Subscription Plan, changes made to your plan will take place at the end of your current billing cycle. 

Note - Any changes made to an Account Owner's Subscription Plan will automatically apply to users they have added to their account as sub-accounts. Please see our article titled User Account Structure Types for more information.
