Subscription Plan Cancel & Pause Options

In this article we'll discuss the options that paid subscription plan users have when they no longer are actively relying on ParkSitesIO for mobile home or RV park information or the integrated CRM.

Overview

Besides switching your Subscription Plan between a Monthly Plan and Annual Plan, ParkSitesIO also provides a Cancel option for those who no longer wish to utilize our services. Additionally, for users that simply want to take a break from their subscription plan they can choose to Pause their plan at the end of their existing billing cycle. 

1. Cancel Plan - When a user chooses to cancel their Subscription Plan, the user will continue to have access to the ParkSitesIO dashboard until the end of their current billing cycle. At anytime a user can choose to remove the cancelation or reactivate their canceled subscription plan by going to the Billings & Plans tab within their Account Settings. 
2. Pause Plan - When a user chooses to pause their Subscription Plan rather than canceling their plan, their Subscription Plan's next billing cycle is paused for the specific number of months that the user chooses. Users can pause their subscription plan for up to 6 months. 
   

Note - Any changes made to an Account Owner's Subscription Plan will automatically apply to users they have added to their account as sub-accounts.

Note - When a user chooses to cancel or pause their subscription plan, the changes will take effect at the end of their current billing cycle. Please see our article titled User Account Structure Types for more information.
