Subscription Plan Basics
ParkSitesIO offers two subscription types to accommodate users that may want to be billed on a monthly basis, and users that want to take advantage of pricing discounts by paying annually. Each user that signs up for a new ParkSitesIO account also receives their first 7-days at no charge as a 7-day free trial.
- 7-Day Trial - When a user first signs up for a new ParkSitesIO account, they will be provided access to the ParkSitesIO dashboard free of charge for a total of 7 days without having to enter a payment method. At the of the 7 days a user will be required to select a Subscription Plan and provide a payment method.
- Monthly Plan - While selecting your subscription plan when you select the Monthly Plan, the payment method you provide will be billed month-to-month.
- Annual Plan - While selecting your subscription plan when you select Annual Plan, the payment method you provide will be bill annually.

When a user chooses to make a change to their existing Subscription Plan, the changes will be applied at the end of their current Subscription Plan's billing cycle. Additional changes to a Subscription Plan can be made at any time prior to a user's billing cycle coming to an end.
After the changes have been applied by ParkSitesIO to a users Subscription Plan, the user will be required to wait until their next billing cycle for their new changes to be applied.
Note - Any changes made to an Account Owner's Subscription Plan will automatically apply to users they have added to their account as sub-accounts.For additional questions about this topic, please contact our Support Team by emailing us at support@parksites.io.
