Pausing Your Subscription Plan

ParkSitesIO understands there are times when users may want to simply take a break from their billing cycle. In this article, we'll discuss how users can pause their account's billing cycle from within their Account Settings.

Users can pause their Subscription Plan, by clicking their profile image in the top-right of the dashboard to open their profile's Resource Center.

With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.  

While viewing your Account Settings, click Billing & Plans to access the Change Plan button to open the Manage Your ParkSitesIO Subscription Plan options.  

Within the Manage Your ParkSitesIO Subscription Plan options, click the Cancel Subscription option to start the 3-step wizard. 

When prompted, click the Select button within the Pause option and proceed to the next step to select the length of time you wish to pause your billing cycle. 

Note - When pausing your Subscription Plan, changes made to your plan will take place at the end of your current billing cycle. 

Note - Any changes made to an Account Owner's Subscription Plan will automatically apply to users they have added to their account as sub-accounts. Please see our article titled User Account Structure Types for more information.
