Subscription Plan Refunds

ParkSitesIO provides a free 7-day trial period to every user that creates a new account without the user having to enter any payment method. This is to allow users time to evaluate the features provided from within the ParkSitesIO dashboard. 

Once a user personally elects to pay for a a Subscription Plan for continued access to the ParkSitesIO dashboard, it is assumed the user is satisfied with the features provided by ParkSitesIO. Because of this assumption, no refunds or credits will be provided in the event the user wishes to cancel their plan in the middle of a Subscription Plan's billing cycle. 

Furthermore, when ANY user associated with a specific account violates the ParkSitesIO, LLC Terms of Use, either purposely or inadvertently, the entire account will be automatically locked without warning to prevent further policy violations. In these instances, the staff at ParkSitesIO, LLC will investigate the circumstances surrounding the violation. 

During the investigate the ParkSitesIO, LLC staff may elect to permanently ban each user's access to the ParkSitesIO dashboard that is associated to the account. In the even that an account is permanently banned from access, the associated account's Subscription Plan will be canceled without any refund for a Subscription Plan's unused portion.

Warning - ParkSitesIO, LLC has a zero tolerance policy for anyone attempting to scrape records within the ParkSitesIO dashboard.
