Adding Users to Your Subscription Plan
When a user chooses to add additional users to their Subscription Plan from within the Billing & Plan option of their Account Settings, each additional user is considered a sub-account of the user's account. Within this article, we'll discuss how Account Owners can add additional users to their Subscription Plan.
Alert - Legacy Subscription Plans will be required to upgrade to an existing Subscription Plan before being able to add additional users. Please see our article titled Legacy Subscription Plans for more information.

Account owners can add additional users by clicking their profile image at the top-right of their dashboard to open their profile's Resource Center.
With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.
While viewing your Account Settings, navigate to the Billing & Plans tab and click the Add Users button within the Account Owner section.
When prompted, click the Continue button after reviewing our volume discount information. After clicking Continue, you will be required to agree to the New User Terms
After agreeing to the New User Terms, enter the email address of the user(s) you wish to add to your Subscription Plan, and click the Add button.
After including your desired additional user(s) click the Place Order button to confirm your order and complete your purchase. Upon completing your purchase, an email will be automatically sent to each new user you have just added to your Subscription Plan, inviting them to sign in for the first time.
Note - Billing charges for the added user(s) will be pro-rated to synchronize with your current Subscription Plan's billing cycle. Note - Any available volume pricing discounts your new users allow you to qualify for will occur on your first full billing cycle.
