Adding a New Payment Method

ParkSitesIO understands there are times when a user may wish to add a new Payment Method to their account to pay their Subscription Plan's billing charges. In this article, we'll familiarize users with how to add a new payment method to their account.

Users can add a new payment method by clicking their profile's image at the top-right of their dashboard to open their Resource Center.

 With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.

While viewing your Account Settings, navigate to Billing & Plans and click the Add New button within the Payment Method section.

When prompted, enter your new payment method's information and click the Save button. 

Note - To make your new payment method your default payment method, ensure you have checked the option "Make this my subscription plan's default payment method" before clicking the Save button.
