Inviting Users to an Outside Team

Account Owners who wish to invite other paid accounts to work within their dashboard can do so by creating an Outside Team. After creating an Outside TeamAccount Owners can send an invitation to any email address associated with a separate paid account.

Because an Outside Team is comprised of other paid accounts, no additional charges will be added to either of the paid accounts.

Account Owners can invite other users to their Outside Team by first clicking their profile image in the top-right of the dashboard to open their profile's Resource Center.


With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button



While viewing your Account Settings, click Outside Team to begin sending the invitation from within the Send Invite section.



To send an invitation to join your existing Outside Team, enter an Account Owner's email address which is associated with their ParkSitesIO account, and click the Send button.

Upon clicking the Send button, the invitee will appear within the list of your invitees. Additionally, the invitee will receive an email invitation asking them to join your Outside Team.

When the user accepts the invitation, their status within your Invitees list will display as Accepted and can begin working within your dashboard environment.

Note - By default, when a member of an Outside Team signs into the ParkSitesIO dashboard, they will be signing into their own dashboard. Users must then select the Outside Team from within their profile's Resource Center to be taken to a specific Outside Team's environment.
Note Outside Team members will only receive access to a team's Park Sites View and CRM View portions of a team's work environment They WILL NOT receive access to any member's Account Settings
Alert - By inviting a user to your Outside Team, Account Owners are providing full access to the information stored within their Park Sites View and CRM View.
