Creating an Outside Team

When an Account Owner employs virtual assistants or other part-time help that may work for several different Account Owners, inviting them to work as an Outside Team member is the best option.

In this article, we'll discuss how to create an Outside Team so that you can begin inviting other users to work within your dashboard environment.

Account Owners can create an Outside Team by first clicking their profile image in the top-right of the dashboard to open their profile's Resource Center.


With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.


While viewing your Account Settings, click Outside Team to provide a name for your Outside Team.


Within the Team Name section, enter a name that correctly describes your team. After the green checkmark appears, indicating your team's name is unique, click the Save button.

Upon saving your Outside Team's name, the Send Invite and Invitees sections will appear so that you can begin inviting users to your Outside Team

Note - Outside Team names are required to be unique within the ParkSitesIO system.

Alert - By inviting a user to your Outside Team, Account Owners are providing full access to the information stored within their Park Sites View and CRM View.
