Revoking Invitee Access to an Outside Team
When an Account Owner employs virtual assistants or other part-time help that may work for several different Account Owners, inviting them to work as an Outside Team member is the best option.
However, once a virtual assistant has been added to an Account Owner's Outside Team, there are times when the Account Owner may wish to revoke their access to the Outside Team.
In this article, we'll discuss how to revoke an invitee's access to an Outside Team.

With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.
While viewing your Account Settings, click Outside Team to view the list of your Outside Team's Invitees.
Within the Invitees section, locate the user you wish to revoke access from your Outside Team, and click their actions eclipsis.
Upon clicking the eclipsis, the menu option Revoke Access will appear. Click the Revoke Access option to revoke their access.
After clicking the Revoke Access option, the revoked user will remain within the list of Invitees while displaying a status of Revoked. At the same time, the revoked user will receive an email alerting them that their access to your Outside Team has been revoked.
