Profile Setting Basics

While signing into ParkSitesIO for the first time, every user is required to complete the 4-step Getting Started Wizard. The wizard allows ParkSitesIO to inform users about key items of the ParkSitesIO platform, while also helping users build their Profile settings.

When a user's information changes,  they can update the information associated with their profile from within the Profile tab of their Account Settings. 

Additionally, your Profile settings can be utilized to change the email address associated with your account to sign into ParkSitesIO. 

When a user's account is considered a Sub-Account of an Account Owner's Subscription Plan, the user will continue to have the ability to manage their Profile settings.
