Account Recovery Basics

While users can change their sign in email address from within the Profile tab of the Account Settings, ParkSitesIO also understands there may be times where you no longer have access to your email account while attempting to reset forgotten passwords.

To overcome this problem, ParkSitesIO offers the ability to add an alternative sign in email address which can be used to recover your account.

By adding an alternative email address to the Account Recovery options, users can utilize this email address while signing in or for receiving important emails related to resetting forgotten passwords. This alternative email address can also be used in combination with your existing password to sign into the ParkSitesIO dashboard.

Note - After signing into their account, users can change the primary sign in email address at any time from within the Profile tab of their Account Settings.
