Changing Your Sign In Email Address

Users can change the email address associated with their ParkSitesIO sign in credentials at anytime by utilizing the Profile tab within their Account Settings.  In this article we'll cover the steps to change your sign in email address.

Users can update their sign in email address by first clicking their profile image in the top-right of the dashboard to open their profile's Resource Center. 

With the Resource Center open, navigating to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.

When a user first opens their Account Settings, the Profile tab is displayed by default. 

While viewing the Profile tab, update the Email field to the desired email address you wish to begin signing into ParkSitesIO with.

After you have entered the new email address, click the Update button located in the bottom-right of the screen.

Upon saving the new email address, you will be required to utilize this email address when signing into the ParkSitesIO dashboard.

Alert - It is recommended that users include an Account Recovery email address in the event they no longer have access to their primary sign in email address. For more information about Account Recovery, please see our article titled Account Recovery Basics.
