Adding an Account Recovery Email Address

An Account Recovery email address is an email addresses that can be utilized when you have forgotten your password and at the same time lost access to your primary sign in email account. 

In this article we'll familiarize you with how to add an Account Recovery email address and how to utilize it.

Users can add an Account Recovery email address by first opening their profile's Resource Center by clicking their profile image in the top-right of the dashboard.


With the Resource Center open, navigating to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.



While viewing your Account Settings, navigate to the Account Recovery tab.



While viewing the Account Recovery tab, enter an email address that can be used as an alternative sign in email address. After you have entered the alternative email within both the Alt Email and Confirm Email fields, click the Save button.  

After saving your Account Recovery email address, you will be able to utilize this email address with your existing password while signing into ParkSitesIO, 

When a user clicks the Forgot your password link within the Sign In page of ParkSitesIO, a password reset email will be sent to both your primary and alternative email addresses.


Note - After signing into their account, users can change the primary sign in email address at any time from within the Profile tab of their Account Settings.
