Changing Your Password

ParkSitesIO recommends that users should periodically change their password to maintain your account's security. 

To change your password navigate to your Account Settings by clicking your profile image within the ParkSitesIO dashboard to open the Resources Center. With the Resource Center open, click the My Account button located in the upper portion of the drawer.


After clicking the My Account button, users will be taken to their Account Settings.

While viewing your Account Settings, click the Change Password button, located in the left navigation bar.



For security purposes, while changing your password you will be required to enter your current password within the Old Password field.

Note - Passwords are required to be a minimum of 8 characters which must include at least 1 special character and 1 digit.

After entering a new password within the New Password field, users will also be required to re-enter their new password in the Confirm Password field to ensure there are no typing errors.

Simply click the Save button located at the bottom-left of the form to save your new password.
