ParkSitesIO understands that there may be times an Account Owner may wish to disable an additional user's sub-accounts that they had previously added to their Subscription Plan for security reasons.
In this article we'll discuss the procedure for immediately disabling an additional user's sub-account from within your Subscription Plan.
Info - For additional information about the various account structures within ParkSitesIO, please refer to our article titled User Account Structure Types.
Users can disable additional users from accessing the ParkSitesIO dashboard by first clicking their profile image in the top-right of the dashboard to open their profile's Resource Center.
With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.
While viewing your Account Settings, click Billing & Plans to begin managing your additional users.
From within the Manage Users section, locate the user you wish to disable and click their associated actions eclipsis. After clicking the eclipsis, click the Manage option that appears in the menu.
When the Manage Your ParkSitesIO User form opens, locate and click the Account Access's Disable/Enable switch so that it is positioned to Disabled.
Warning - Switching the user's Account Access to Disabled immediately prevents the user from logging into the ParkSitesIO dashboard until it is switched back to Enabled.
Note - Disabling a user's account will have no impact on your Subscription Plan's billing.
