Editing Your Profile Information

When a user's profile information changes, they can update their information within ParkSitesIO by utilizing the Profile tab within their Account Settings. In this article, we'll cover how to access and update your Profile settings within your Account Settings.   

Users can update their Profile by opening their Resource Center when they click their profile's image at the top-right of the dashboard.

 

With the Resource Center open, navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the My Account button.

When a user first opens their Account Settings, the Profile tab is displayed by default. 

While viewing the Profile tab, update your information within the appropriate fields, and click the Update button at the bottom-right of your screen.
