Introduction to Parcel Data

Introduction to Parcel Data

Every property in the United States, including mobile home and RV parks, is comprised of at least one or more parcels. The information about each parcel, including the parcel's owner is typically recorded at the property's local county government level.

To complement the information the ParkSitesIO staff records for each park, ParkSitesIO also provides Parcel Data for every park record within the ParkSitesIO system.

Because the ParkSitesIO staff manually verifies each of our in-house mobile home park records, we're able to pinpoint the exact county parcel record for you. This means that, unlike traditional property websites, ParkSitesIO eliminates the need to search through countless properties that may not even be mobile home parks.

While the Parcel Data results are based on each county, our Parcel Data can display over 50 parcel attributes when available.
  1. Parcel ID
  2. Legal Owner
  3. Owner's Mailing Address
  4. Combined Total Acres
  5. Market Values
Multiple Parcels
At times, mobile home parks can be comprised of multiple parcels. In these cases, each parcel's information is typically a repeat of the same owner's information with different parcel numbers and land sizes.

However, because of the way traditional sites access this information, this repeated information often drives their pricing higher. To help keep the ParkSitesIO pricing low, we display the data for the most relevant parcel while including the park's total land size within the Acreage_Calc field.

Note - The sourced information displayed within the Parcel Data option is populated by information supplied by third-party vendors and is updated independently of ParkSitesIO.
Info - For more information about how to view a park record's Parcel Data, please refer to our article titled Viewing a Park Record's Parcel Data.
Idea - Many times a company name or registered agent's name will appear as a parcel owner while the parcel's mailing address is used to send the property's tax statement to the owner. Use a combination of a parcel's mailing address and county property records to help identify the actual owner of the park.
