Detaching a CRM Record From a Park

When users add a CRM contact record to a park record, the contact's record is created and automatically linked to the park record. At times a user may wish to keep the contact's record within their CRM while removing the contact's association with the park. In those instances, the user can simply detach the contact from the park's record. 

In this article, we'll discuss how to detach a CRM record from a park record. 

To detach a CRM record from a park record, first locate and click the appropriate park using the interactive map. Clicking the park will open the park's Activity Center.



While viewing the park's Activity Center, click the CRM button to view your associated CRM records.


Within the list of associated CRM records, click the record's eclipsis to open the Actions menu. 

 
With the Action menu open, click the Detach from Park option.


After confirming you wish to detach this CRM record from the park, the contact will remain in your CRM records while no longer being associated with the park record.
