Deleting a CRM Contact Record

At times a user may wish to not only detach a CRM Contact from a park, but also permanently delete a contact's record from their CRM entirely. In those instances, the user can simply choose to delete the contact while viewing the CRM records within a park record. 

In this article, we'll discuss how to permanently delete a CRM contact record. 

To delete a CRM record, first locate and click the appropriate park that the CRM contact is associated with. Clicking the park will open the park's Activity Center.


While viewing the park's Activity Center, click the CRM button to view your associated CRM record.


Within the list of associated CRM records, click the record's eclipsis to open the Actions menu. 



With the Actions menu open, click the Delete option.


After you confirm that you'd like to permanently delete this contact's CRM record, the contact will be permanently removed from your CRM records.

Warning - Deleting a CRM contact record is permanent and can not be reversed.
