Adding Tags to a CRM Contact

Group Tags are a great way to organize people into searchable groups and categories. In this article, we'll discuss how to apply Group Tags to a contact's CRM record.

Note - Applying Group Tags with consistent values will help ensure reliable filter results when searching park records by CRM Group Tags values.  

To add a Group Tag to a contact's CRM record, begin by clicking the appropriate park from within the map to open the park's Activity Center.


With the park's Activity Center open, click the CRM button to view the associated CRM records.


Locate the appropriate contact's CRM record from within the CRM list, and click the contact's Tag icon  . Clicking the icon will open the contact's Group Tags drawer.


While viewing the contact's Group Tags drawer, begin typing the tag value you wish to apply to the contact's record within the Group Tag field. 

As you type, matching tag values that have previously been used will begin to appear as clickable options. Click the Save button to apply your tag value to the contact's record.


Upon clicking the Save button, your new tag value will appear within the Group Tags field.
