Viewing Parks Containing CRM Records

After a user adds their private CRM contact records to a park record, ParkSitesIO provides its users with the ability to display all of the parks that have related CRM records in a searchable list. In this article, we'll discuss how to view the parks that the user has added on or more contact CRM records to. 

To view the list of park records that contain the user's contact CRM records, click the CRM Parks option within the toolbar located above the map.

After clicking the CRM Parks button, the searchable list of parks that contain the user's CRM records will display. 

While viewing the CRM Parks list, users can use the search option, open the park's Activity Center, remove their CRM record's link to a specific park record, or completely clear all of their contact's CRM links. Additionally, within the list users can quickly reference how many CRM contacts they have been linked to each specific park record. 

Warning - When a user successfully removes a link between a contact's CRM record and a park record the action is permanent and CAN NOT be reversed without manually adding the contact back to the park's record.
