ParkSitesIO Email Delivery

ParkSitesIO Email Delivery

Nobody likes spam, but depending on the type of email client you are using, spam filters can hinder legitimate emails at times. This article discusses the importance of adding ParkSitesIO to your email client's whitelist.

Spam filters are designed to protect our inboxes from malware or phishing, based on each email provider's scoring system. Most of the time they perform their tasks every day without users ever noticing.

Unfortunately, there are times when the recipient never receives an important email because the spam filter has scored it as spam, even when it wasn't.

Because the domain parksites.io is newer, we recommend you add the ParkSitesIO domain to your anti-spam whitelist. By adding our domain, rather than just the sender's email address, you can ensure that you receive every email from ParkSitesIO.

While we can't reference every email client, below is a list of articles for users to reference to ensure that emails from ParkSitesIO land in your inbox.
  1. Microsoft Outlook 365 Web App - Based on our experience, many times emails sent from ParkSitesIO to recipients that use the online version of Microsoft Outlook 365, will find messages sent from support@parksites.io, and No-Reply@parksites.io within their Other folder. To avoid this issue please refer to Microsoft's Article titled Block or allow (junk email settings).
  2. Outlook Desktop Client - To avoid emails going to the Junk folder when you use the desktop version of Outlook, please refer to Microsoft's article titled Add recipients of my email messages to Safe Senders List
  3. Google Gmail - To ensure emails sent from ParkSitesIO are received in your Google Gmail inbox, please refer to the article titled Allowlists, denylists, and approved senders
  4. Yahoo Mail - To ensure emails sent from ParkSitesIO are received in your Yahoo Mail inbox, please refer to the article titled Manage spam and mailing lists in Yahoo mail
  5. iCloud Mail - To ensure emails sent from ParkSitesIO are received correctly in your iCloud Mail account, please refer to the article titled Manage junk mail in Mail on iCloud.com
  6. Mozilla Thunderbird - Within the article Thunderbird and Junk/Spam Messages, please refer to the section titled Tell Thunderbird what is NOT JUNK.
  7. Other Email Clients - For many other types of email accounts and client software, please visit the website Whitelist Guide, and select Provider Selection from their main menu.
