Whenever a user has an issue or wants additional answers, they can easily create a Support Ticket from within the ParkSitesIO dashboard. By creating a Support Ticket, the ParkSitesIO Support Team can track any issues that may be recurring within the ParkSitesIO dashboard, and send them on to our development team.
In this article, we'll provide simple step-by-step instructions on how to create a Support Ticket from within the ParkSitesIO dashboard.
Users can create a Support Ticket by first clicking their profile image in the top-right of the dashboard to open their profile's Resource Center.
While viewing the Resource Center, locate and click the Submit Ticket link within the NEED HELP? section.
After clicking the Submit ticket link, a new tab will open on your browser.
Complete the required fields within the Submit a ticket form, and click the Submit button located at the bottom of the form.
Upon submitting your support ticket, you will receive an email that includes the Support Ticket number. Reference this number whenever you have additional information or updates to your issue.
Note - Alternatively, when you send an email to our Support Team at support@parksites.io, a Support Ticket will automatically generated.
