Community Hub Support

Community Hub Support

The Community Hub within the ParkSitesIO Help Center is designed to foster communication between the ParkSitesIO team and its users. 

Within the Community Hub users can ask questions, engage in discussions, and provide ideas publicly with other members of the Hub.  

To begin creating posts with the Community Hub users are required to create an account within the ParkSitesIO Help Center. 


After the user's account has been created they can simply navigate to the Community Hub using the Community link located at the top of the ParkSitesIO Help Center. By clicking the Add Topic button users can create a new topic of discussion for others to engage in.



Note - For security reasons, user accounts to access the ParkSitesIO dashboard and user accounts to sign into the Help Center are two separate accounts.
